Business and Bubbly, our dream collab! This July, Wed Society Pro and The Brides of Oklahoma hosted an exclusive event for wedding pros in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. These events gave Oklahoma wedding vendors a chance to mingle, learn about emerging wedding business trends, and gain valuable insights from experts in the field of marketing. Come with us as we take a stroll through our Oklahoma City and Tulsa Business and Bubbly events, complete with stunning florals and decor, mimosa bars, delicious bites, and so many wonderful people and vendors who brought this event to life!

Oklahoma City Business and Bubbly Event

Set inside one of Oklahoma City’s newest wedding and event venues, City and State, the Business and Bubbly event planned by the wonderful Embellished Weddings team, and captured by Bree Smith Photography , was one for the books! The space was captivated by a stunning balloon installation by Balloon Therapy OKC, adorned with Italian-summer inspired decor and rentals by Marianne’s Rentals, that made us feel like we were spending our summer on the Amalfi coast. The stunning florals from Dee’s Flowers accentuated the space and added the perfect pops of color. Guests were immediately greeted with the dreamiest spread of charcuterie, light bites, and a fab mimosa bar, courtesy of City and State. The sweet spot (and guest favorite) was the adorable arrangement of cookies by Ellie Kate Cookies!  While guests mixed and mingled, Box Talent’s Joey Wallace from Avenue served as the event’s entertainment and beautifully sang the afternoon away!

The business side of things kicked off with a panel from Wed Society Pro, Marianne’s Rentals, The Venue at Plenty Mercantile, and Amanda Watson Photography. These ladies captivated the audience and spoke of trending and relevant topics in the wedding industry from incorporating AI into their business practices, social media strategy, the importance of a strong website, to handling client interactions in a positive way.

Tulsa Business and Bubbly Event

The Gathering Place provided the most perfect and picturesque canvas for our networking event in Tulsa! Another Italian summer-themed party of our dreams planned to perfection. The details included an adorable mimosa wall by Marianne’s Rentals, catering by The Gathering Place, summery florals by Dee’s Flowers, and a stunning balloon installation by Balloon Therapy Tulsa. The event was captured by the incredibly talented Katherine Rivera Photography, made sweet by Ellie Kate’s precious (and delicious) cookies, entertained by incredible performances by Nick Williams Music, and planned by Embellished Weddings.

The business side of our Business and Bubbly event kicked off with an amazing panel of wedding pros, Marianne’s Rentals, Ever Something, Glass Chapel & Nightingale Opus Events, and business pro from Wed Society Pro. Our panel of speakers fabulously dove into all things trending and relevant in the wedding business industry from incorporating AI into their business practices, social media strategy, the importance of a strong website, to handling client interactions in a positive way.
