Photography:

Lauren and Harrison’s enchanted winter fairytale wedding on a crisp December day is dreamy and magical. The couple met in 2015 in Stillwater, Oklahoma, days before Lauren’s big move to Los Angeles for the year. Lauren came to visit her friends in Stillwater, and Harrison was a first-year student at Oklahoma State. The two talked for hours but never exchanged numbers. However, a year later, in 2016, Harrison still talked about his one encounter with Lauren. When Lauren returned to Oklahoma, a mutual friend connected the two, and they’ve been together ever since.  It only fits that the couple got married just a few miles from the exact spot where the love story began. The couple said “I do” at Sparrow Beginnings in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The venue provided the perfect enchanted forest ambiance that Lauren and Harrison dreamed of for their big day.

Harrison and Lauren had their first look in a woody area on the venue’s property.  KGC Photography captured the most magical moments of the two with the warm winter tones. The sun illuminated the glittery details on Lauren’s dress from Chantilly Couture, while her groom wore attire from Bella Rose Bridal – Edmond. After the two shared their intimate first look moments, they headed to their ceremony to officially become husband and wife. Lauren felt so grateful as she looked around and saw all the people she loved the most sitting and laughing together. The magical moments didn’t stop there! The fairytale reception space contained warm blush rentals from Marianne’s and a macaroon tower from Cafe Disco. The love and celebration of a lifelong commitment to one another is something Lauren and Harrison will cherish forever. We are so excited for this happy couple as they embark on their journey as husband and wife! From the bride: “Planning a wedding can provide you with a unique opportunity to get in touch with your creative side. Instead of settling on a specific aesthetic, vibe or trend, I incorporated elements of all of my favorite things and focused on creating an atmosphere that reflected the authenticity of our relationship while also finding vendors that I knew would be a blast to work with. To me, the result could not have been more incredible. I learned that you can never go wrong with honoring who you are and being true to yourself.”
