Almost Married – Ashley and Scotty

Scotty proposed to Ashley with a violinist, red roses and the ring at one of the University of Oklahoma’s most legendary spots. Legend says if you kiss a girl in the Spoon Holder you are destined to marry her. With the intention of just that, Scotty got one of Ashley’s friends to convince her to meet him there. He then got down on one knee and popped the question.

Friends are very important to Ashley and Scotty, especially after originally meeting at a friend’s house party. Ashley will have six bridesmaids and three “brides men,” while Scotty will have eight groomsmen and one “grooms gal.” They wanted to make sure all their friends and family could be a part of the special day!

With the help of Lindsay Gibson of Gibson Events, the two will wed in January. Cheers to the happy couple and thanks to Candi Coffman Photography for sharing their adorable engagement photos!
