What is your signature dish? We have so many signature dishes, it is hard to limit.
What advice do you have for brides who are trying decide between a sit-down vs. buffet style meal? With large groups, we recommend multiple food stations throughout the venue: different and unique culinary experiences that help define who you are as a couple. Perhaps the cuisine tells your story, or my culinary team may just put an innovative twist on some of your favorite foods. This type of food service provides more of a 3 hour “party” atmosphere. It keeps both families interacting, keeping the cuisine fork friendly, and you are not stuck sitting with the same eight people all evening. We also incorporate tall cocktail tables and lounge furniture.
Do you offer menu tastings? Yes, absolutely. We offer an open house tasting every quarter at Coles Garden. The event is normally scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of each quarter from 5:30 to 8:30pm, come and go, with full bar service as well. If for some reason these dates do not work for you, my culinary team will be happy to provide a private tasting.
Do you have a set menu or do you offer custom menus? Both.
What advice do you have to offer brides and grooms? Lay back and enjoy the ride and allow those you are paying to stress out for you – it’s what we do for a living.
