Now that we’ve shared our beautiful cover bride Sarah Beth, we can finally show off her and hubby Ryan’s absolutely amazing Oklahoma garden wedding captured by Emily Ann Hughes Photography. The wedding weekend kicked off with the perfect rehearsal dinner featuring breathtaking views at V2 in downtown OKC, and Sarah Beth and Ryan had peace of mind that their guests were well taken care of at the Colcord Hotel. Thanks to the talents of wedding planner and florist Haleigh Kenney of XO Events & Design and an incredible team of Oklahoma wedding pros, Sarah Beth and Ryan’s wedding day was a picture perfect celebration. We can’t stop gushing over the stunning textured florals featuring shades of blue, grey and magnolia leaves to complement the copper and green. Her bridesmaids looked perfect in gowns from Prim with beautiful hair by Lexi Faught. The reception was decked out with the perfect rentals from Mood Party Rentals, and everyone dined on delicious cuisine from Cafe 7 and danced the night away to the tunes of Strings & Sound booked through Box Talent Agency. Continually affirming her brand as the pioneer in bohemian-inspired bridal wear, Claire Pettibone’s spring collection, titled A Gilded Age, shares a time of opulence, extavagence and exuberance with the modern bride! Lace elements can be seen in nearly every gown, varying in style from full-bodice crochet to delicate cape overlays. True to her classic boho form, silhouettes for spring embody the ease of the collection with body-skimming shapes, options ranging from lacy long-sleeve to airy illusion necklines paired with diamonds, pearls and gold, encompassing the imagination and artistry of the bygone era. For luxe vision, we’re especially eyeing the “Vanderbilt” gown for it’s rose gold embroidery and scalloped hemline! Whether a romantic garden fête or set at one of Oklahoma’s picturesque rustic-type venues, these spring collection gowns are a perfect match no matter the setting! Shop Claire Pettibone locally at J.J. Kelly Bridal Salon and book your appointment at 405.752.0029 . Cheers and happy shopping!

Independence Day is here and what better way to celebrate than by sharing this lovely military engagement shoot captured by Holly Gannett Photography? Conner and Ty met in high school through Conner’s aunt who happened to be Ty’s band teacher. All it took was a sweet note via Facebook to start this couple down the road to marriage. Six and a half years later in December 2015, Ty proposed. The two have spent almost our entire engagement apart as Ty was away for military training. Conner and Ty wrote letters to each other everyday while he was away, which you can see incorporated in this darling shoot. He returned home for about a week when they had their shoot with Holly at the gorgeous 81 Ranch, where they will be wed in October. You can definitely tell how in love these two truly are! Cheers to the long weekend and happy Fourth of July!
