In-Town Elopement Styled by The Wild Mother

Have you ever wanted to have an elopement that is effortless, intimate and beautiful all the while staying right here in Oklahoma? Take some inspo from this picnic elopement with floral, design and styling by The Wild Mother and styling assistance by The Tangerine Club. Situated on the lawn of the grand Gaylord-Pickens Museum, Home of the Oklahoma Hall of Fame, the model couple set their picnic blanket for a romantic and intimate afternoon of sumptuous delicacies, a little music and a picturesque setting following what was sure to be a ceremony at a local art museum. The setting was peppered with tasty treats including the textured wedding cake, tarts, and peaches and cream by Amy Cakes, and caramel apples, cotton candy and chocolates from Apple Tree Chocolate. Yum! The bride’s non-traditional look was achieved with simplistically elegant gowns from Prescott Bridal, pretty hair and makeup by BRUSHED Salon and Makeup Studio, and styling with an adorable bandana, hat and vintage sunnies. The minimalistic invitation suite by Laurel & Marie is was the perfect complementing paperie for their intimate event. We can only imagine after exchanging their vows and rings from BC Clark Jewelers that this couple had the mellow reception they’d always wanted.

Thanks to Kailey Watson Photo for capturing this seriously romantic in-town elopement! We can’t wait to see how our Oklahoma brides use this inspiration for a modest affair! Cheers!
