Brother’s Best Friend
He was my brother’s best friend, and we were both in serious relationships, his being one that involved a precious baby boy. Around the same time, both of our relationships ended. When I was in elementary, I told my cousin that I “had dibs on Chase Scott”. Little did I know, 20 year old me would end up falling in love with the same boy I had a crush on years before. We began hanging out as friends, and things began to turn into more than that. Fast forward a few months, and he asked me to be his girlfriend. I never pictured myself in a relationship with someone who had a baby, but I would not change a single thing about our relationship. He is my best friend and I fall more in love with him every day. We are not married yet as I am not finished with school yet, but I cannot wait for the day I get to officially be Chase Scott’s forever girl.
