Office Coordinator | Wed Society®
Overview
Wed Society® seeks a dynamic, Office Coordinator positioned to work full-time at our Edmond, Oklahoma, headquarters office, skilled in communication, event and travel management, and other administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities span event design and coordination, magazine fulfillment, administration of documents and resources, and the aptitude to grasp and manage various softwares quickly.
Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Organize internal events such as company conferences, office celebrations, franchise discovery days, and in person training at Headquarters. Additional responsibilities include overall coordination of office maintenance and organization.
- Travel Management: Communicate with training attendees as well as local hotels on coordinating accommodations, meals and travel.
- Inventory Management: Manages inventory of products via Shopify and overall storage and fulfillment of magazine orders.
- Administrative Technology Support: Oversee employee and franchisee onboarding and offboarding for shared software systems including AirCall, Hubspot, Slack and Asana.
- Liaison for General Office Needs: Answers general phone calls and directs to the appropriate internal team members, orders office supplies and oversees general office organization.
Digital Content Strategist | Wed Society®
Overview
Wed Society® seeks a dynamic, full-time, Digital Content Strategist skilled in digital and social media, with a talent for enhancing our wedding vendor community's experience. This multifaceted role demands strong communication, strategic social planning, creativity in content creation, and a passion for monitoring social analytics. Responsibilities span reviewing wedding submissions, creating Instagram and TikTok reels and posts to feature vendors in unique and impactful ways, monitoring analytics to generate strategies for social growth and interacting with our community via social media.
Responsibilities
• Social Media Management: Craft and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. Monitor engagement metrics, organize contests, and facilitate community interaction.
• Website Content Publishing: Publish online content related to wedding submissions and ensuring members are connected to impactful articles.
• Magazine Communication & Organization: Facilitate the wedding features section of the Book of Weddings through thoughtful selection of submissions as well as communication with vendors and couples to secure detailed information.
Qualifications
• Experience in social media management related roles.

Wed Society® Houston seeks a dynamic, full-time, fully remote Community Manager skilled in digital and social media, with a talent for enhancing our wedding vendor community's experience. This multifaceted role demands strong communication, attention to detail, strategic planning, and a passion for fostering community ties. Responsibilities span member management, occasional social media support and website oversight, print coordination and event organization.
Responsibilities
• Member Management: Handle onboarding, maintain engagement through regular check-ins, manage queries, upsell services, and oversee wedding submissions and promotions
• Website Management: Develop member profiles, update blogs, manage the Idea File, publish events and send weekly eNewsletters

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Position will work collaboratively with the local wedding industry and our team in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate is highly-motivated, goal oriented, self starter with strong communication skills and most importantly, a proven track record of success in sales.
To be considered for the position, applicants absolutely must possess true sales experience of at least 2 years with demonstrated success in the field. Candidate must live or be willing to relocate to Oklahoma City. Compensation structure based largely on commission.

Working alongside design team and creative director, Graphic Designer is responsible for creating original graphics for print, web and social mediums. Graphic Designer will also work directly with clients to concept and create graphics for print and online advertisements. Ideal candidate is obsessed with typography and has the ability to adapt and design in a variety of styles, has meticulous attention to detail, tech savvy, organized and is a creative problem solver. Must be passionate and take great pride in your work and be able to think creatively and produce beautiful graphics under pressure. Brandlink Media is searching for an experienced, organized individual to fill the role of Project Manager. This individual is responsible for meeting with clients to understand their project goals and requirements, assigning tasks and responsibilities, serving as the main point of contact between the client and internal team members, monitoring project progress and staying within budget, sending progress updates to clients, and more. Attention to detail is a must, along with excellent time management, leadership, problem solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate has previous experience in client management, upselling existing clients and prospecting new sales, solid knowledge of marketing strategies, and experience with data analysis and project management tools.

Online Content Coordinator

Wed Society is officially looking for social, blog & community manager interns to join our team during this coming fall semester! Applicants must be a college student majoring in PR, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Online Media, or a related field. We prefer seniors or juniors who are self-starters, full of creative ideas, love weddings and are organized. Our interns are responsible for client research, social media content creation, social channel platform management, writing online posts, vendor management and are involved in the distribution of the magazines. Those seeking to fill the internship must be a strong writer, intimately familiar with all social media platforms & able to quickly grasp different technology platforms.
