A Site to See – The Oklahoma Heritage Museum

At a recent sunset photo shoot at the Oklahoma Heritage Museum, we were amazed by the beauty and grandeur of this venue!  Located just a few blocks from downtown Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma Heritage Museum boasts event space that’s perfect for indoor and outdoor affairs.  The architectural detail of this 1927 building is exquisite.  Inside, the Bennett-McClendon Great Hall can accommodate up to 300 seated guests.  Windows in the Great Hall provide views of the Oklahoma City skyline.  For outdoor affairs, weddings can be held on the front steps of this historic building or in the Edith Kinney Gaylord Garden.  Catering for events at the Oklahoma Heritage Museum is available through Cheever’s Café or Nonna’s Ristorante – two superb restaurants.  Booking the venue for an event is a privilege of membership in the Oklahoma Heritage Association.  For more details on this fabulous event space or membership opportunities, contact Suzanne Mickel at 405.523.3205.
