Brides of Oklahoma Fall/Winter 2017 Issue Release Parties

What a whirlwind it’s been since the release of our Fall/Winter 2017 issue! We’re head-over-heels seeing all of the posts coming in with mad love for our new cover bride (shout out: Rachel Photographs!) and all of the amazing weddings featured in the new issue! A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to gather with Oklahoma’s wedding elite to celebrate and we had an absolute blast!

We kicked off our week-long party with a trip down the turnpike to hang with our favorite Tulsa vendors at Foolish Things Coffee Company! They had an amazing catering spread prepared for our shindig, and we definitely took advantage.  Ever Something Event Styling dressed the quaint little coffee shop with beautiful summer florals, while Party Pro Rents decked the space out with the cutest little bistro tables, a cozy lounge and serveware. Ms. Laura’s Cakes graciously provided the most delicious treats for our guests with a mini dessert bar, while Blue Label Bartending mixed up summer libations as a reprieve from the July heat. Ron Curtis Wedding Music for performed acoustically for us during the event, setting the mood for a happy celebration. We continued the celebration the very next night at Cole’s Garden in east Oklahoma City. After undergoing a major renovation earlier this year, we were excited to see the new digs. We loved the new covered veranda area that was perfect for our early evening event! C2 Catering killed it with the catering game, creating a mouth watering menu that left our guests (and team!) coming back for seconds. Forth and Floral dressed the outdoor space with adorable pops of floral and adorned wicker lounges provided by the one and only Mood Party Rentals. Our main source of entertainment for the evening was OKC Entertainment with their headliner Take Cover Band. These guys are seriously amazing and brought down the house! (Book them now!) The Sooner Valet team was lifesavers as always, parking our guests for us and assisting with distribution of the new magazine for our vendors!
