Tasty Tips
What is your signature dish? Whatever your heart’s desire!
What advice do you have for brides who are trying decide between a sit-down vs. buffet style meal? Choose a style that reflects the mood and flow of your event. If you enjoy a lot more mingling and flow, perhaps a buffet or stations are the best choice for you. If you prefer a more formal, controlled atmosphere, you will be more comfortable with a plated meal. It is all about your style!
Do you offer menu tastings? Certainly!
Do you have a set menu or do you offer custom menus? We have lots of sample menus but we prefer to customize.
What advice do you have to offer brides and grooms? Remember this is your day! Please yourselves first and have fun!
