What is your signature dish? House Smoked Salmon
What advice do you have for brides who are trying decide between a sit-down vs. buffet style meal? If you are looking to have a more formal event, I recommend a sit-down dinner, if it’s more casual a buffet.
Do you offer menu tastings? We do, however we are unable to taste a few specialty items but do our best to allow our clients to try everything on their list.
What advice do you have to offer brides and grooms? Don’t stress, it should be fun!
