Social Media Strategist



Full-Time, Remote
Wedlink Media is looking for a social media strategist to manage and publish content for multiple Brides brand markets to various social channels with a heavy emphasis on Instagram. The position will work directly with the social team to develop social media strategies, write and concept compelling social posts, stories and campaigns, post to social media channels multiple times daily, maintain scheduling platforms, engage with social audiences to foster an online community, and track data as needed.

Ideal candidates for this position are hardworking, tech savvy individuals, who are intimately familiar with all visually-driven social media platforms, stay on top of the latest social trends and developments, have excellent creative writing and editing skills, with lots of experience creating dynamic reels. Ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in social media management of multiple accounts with demonstrated expertise in content creation. Must be comfortable speaking on camera.

Full-Time, Based in Oklahoma City
Position responsible for driving sales for Wed Society® | Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Position will work collaboratively with the local wedding industry and our team in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate is highly-motivated, goal oriented, self starter with strong communication skills and most importantly, a proven track record of success in sales.

To be considered for the position, applicants absolutely must possess true sales experience of at least 2 years with demonstrated success in the field. Candidate must live or be willing to relocate to Oklahoma City. Compensation structure based largely on commission.

Graphic Designer

Working alongside design team and creative director, Graphic Designer is responsible for creating original graphics for print, web and social mediums. Graphic Designer will also work directly with clients to concept and create graphics for print and online advertisements. Ideal candidate is obsessed with typography and has the ability to adapt and design in a variety of styles, has meticulous attention to detail, tech savvy, organized and is a creative problem solver. Brandlink Media Project Manager

Brandlink Media is searching for an experienced, organized individual to fill the role of Project Manager. This individual is responsible for meeting with clients to understand their project goals and requirements, assigning tasks and responsibilities, serving as the main point of contact between the client and internal team members, monitoring project progress and staying within budget, sending progress updates to clients, and more. Attention to detail is a must, along with excellent time management, leadership, problem solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate has previous experience in client management, upselling existing clients and prospecting new sales, solid knowledge of marketing strategies, and experience with data analysis and project management tools.

The Office Manager’s list of key duties includes, but is not limited to: managing key pages on the company websites, ordering and keeping account of office supplies, maintaining office softwares and equipment, coordinating the shipping and freighting of magazines, operating the phone, overseeing office maintenance such as repairs, lawn care and custodian schedules, planning team events and managing warehouse units. Wedlink & Brandlink Media are currently looking to hire a full-time Digital Content Coordinator. This position will work with our Wedlink Media team to write and publish wedding-related articles online weekly to our local wedding resources (Brides of Oklahoma, Brides of North Texas, Brides of Austin, Brides of Houston and Wed Society). This position will also work with our Brandlink Media team to manage several social media accounts for clients in various industries. Management of accounts includes strategic planning, copywriting, image selection, creation of Reels, scheduling of content, posting, engagement, monitoring, and analytic reporting. The position also includes posting of weekly Google Business updates for clients in various industries, email copywriting, and other writing-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will remain up to date on digital and social trends and proactively recommend how to translate them to clients' specific marketing goals.

Office Assistant



Wedlink & Brandlink Media is looking for a part-time office assistant to work in-office 10 to 12 hrs a week. Duties of the office assistant include fulfilling magazine orders, organization and tidiness of shared spaces including conference room, kitchen and supply closets. Additional duties include ordering office supplies, answering the phone, maintaining on and off-site storage spaces, removing trash from the building, among other miscellaneous tasks. Running errands and assisting with in-office events and celebrations as needed.

Candidate must be organized, friendly, self-motivated and hardworking. Candidate may work with company to set weekly hours, but must be available to be in the office located in Edmond daily.

Wed Society is officially looking for social, blog & community manager interns to join our team during this coming fall semester! Applicants must be a college student majoring in PR, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Online Media, or a related field. We prefer seniors or juniors who are self-starters, full of creative ideas, love weddings and are organized. Our interns are responsible for client research, social media content creation, social channel platform management, writing online posts, vendor management and are involved in the distribution of the magazines. Those seeking to fill the internship must be a strong writer, intimately familiar with all social media platforms & able to quickly grasp different technology platforms.
