Check in was quick and easy. We received a text less than an hour from the hotel asking how our room was. We have little kids and they love going to the pool. The pool water was a good temperature and not too cold for the kids. The pool also kept lots of warm towels near the exit which made getting out of the pool with toddlers much easier. Lots of restaurants close by and a cute bakery (that my kids loved) was close too. The breakfast had lots of options and the staff did a great job keeping it fully stocked. We will definitely be back.

Such a great family friendly hotel. We always have a good time each visit. Most of the time we come for a stay-cation, this time we are here while our home is remodeled. The managers reception is always a nice way to relax at the end of a day, the food is good and the atmosphere is a delight. The pool is huge and is great year-round, the fitness center has plenty of equipment for a good workout, the staff is always nice and the breakfast is everything you'd want to start your day. The only thing I would love to see is more Gluten-free options on the menus.

Honestly, this is the best hotel stay I've had in a long time. Everything was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was perfect, the grounds were beautiful and my kids loved the glass elevator they were able to ride to the 10th floor and look down through the inner courtyard at the fountains below and then ride back down to the ground floor. Thanks for the great experience! The only thing I noted that could be improved was that our door didn't shut on its own very easily, and we came back to our room to find it ajar (and thankfully it appeared untouched) after a day out and about.

Front desk staff extremely friendly and professional. Great hotel. Love the location and nearby amenities. Rooms are a little dated but all the necessary comforts. 5 stars to front desk team. Service with a smile is so rare these days! Kudos.

My parents stayed at the Embassy suites Hotel on Mother’s Day weekend 2022. We have stayed at this hotel many times and in the past have had good experiences. When my parents arrived on Friday night there were no hand towels, two bath towels. On Saturday no one came in to clean the room and replace the towels. They tried to go eat breakfast on Saturday morning at 9:15 AM (breakfast closes at 10 by the way). There was no food left to speak of, only a pan of potatoes, no eggs no gravy no yogurt. The employees who service the area were standing around chitchatting and when my parents asked they said “OK we will go see if there’s more food.”There is an omelette bar but there was a huge line because there was no other food. The dishes themselves were filthy and you could feel the caked on dirt on top of the plates no matter how many you tried - my mother went through 5 before giving up. We left at that point deciding that it was not safe to eat there and several health code violations. One of the elevators did not seem to be working which meant that two elevators were servicing a 12 story hotel and they were all packed. There were no carts at the front for being able to carry luggage in and out. Did I mention that my parents paid over $300 for this experience and $12/day to park. This hotel has serious management issues and is definitely on the decline. I would recommend the Holiday Inn express across the street. It is clean and well managed and you don’t have to pay for parking (I stayed there last year when we moved). Several other new hotels are going up in the area as well so save your money and stay somewhere else.
