Amanda Rose Watson, an Oklahoma bride featured in The Brides of Oklahoma magazine on pages A12 and A13, planned a beautiful indoor/outdoor wedding at a local Oklahoma winery and incorporated lots of vintage touches. Her chosen shades of white, celadon and sage blended beautifully with the natural surroundings of the venue. At each place setting, the bride’s grandmother shared her time-honored butter cookies which were decorated with the couple’s monogram. The four-tiered French vanilla wedding cake with Danish apple filling had fondant detailing that replicated the bride’s Casablanca lace gown. Oklahoma photographer, Candi Coffman, captured every detail of the setting and the day from the collection of old wine barrels to the bride and groom sharing a walk outside among the rows upon rows of perfectly pruned vines. Sticking true to the vintage theme, the get-a-way car was a 1964 Pontiac GTO, restored and owned by the groom’s father. Marianne’s Rentals in Oklahoma City provided the rentals and linens for the evening.
