Everyone loves cookies, right?! Well, we absolutely love the concept of a “cookie bar” like that of Marisa and Aaron’s featured on page 49 of the January 2009 issue of the Brides of Oklahoma magazine. In fact, Marisa told us that her entire family chipped in on the pre-wedding baking festivities. The result of this collaborative effort was a fantastic cookie bar that served as a perfect treat for wedding guests. We suggest sharing the recipes too — especially family favorites. While the cookies may not be long-lasting, a good cookie recipe serves as a great favor that your guests will use and will remember your wedding when they bake a batch for themselves.
