South Padre Proposal
LaCruz and I went on vacation last year to South Padre. I had a feeling the vacation was for the proposal, but I didn’t want to get my hopes up. The whole trip Cruz planned out things for us to do: going to see all the animals, museums and restaurants. On Tuesday that week, we set up a photoshoot on the beach. I could see he was tense and nervous, but he tried to keep his cool. As the waves hit our calves, he got on one and asked me to marry him. I was so happy I couldn’t really get out words. I just waved my hand in front of him. That was the best vacation we’ve ever had.
