This month, we’re featuring Nadia & Zeshan’s Vibrant Pakistani & Indian Nikkah Celebration. The couple had a two-day celebration in November that beautifully honored both culture and family.
THE WEDDING
Nadia & Zeshan’s wedding weekend was a vibrant celebration of love, family, and culture. Their two-day Pakistani and Indian Nikkah beautifully honored both sides of their heritage through meaningful traditions, stunning fashion, music, and joyful moments shared with loved ones.
The couple’s intimate Nikkah ceremony took place at The Bower, where tradition and elegance came together beautifully. Nadia wore stunning custom bridal looks and jewelry designed in Pakistan, embracing the rich red and gold color palette traditionally worn by Pakistani brides. Her bridal style perfectly complemented the overall red theme woven throughout the celebration, creating a look that felt regal, and elegant.
While the Nikkah ceremony embraced an intimate and elegant atmosphere, the second day of festivities transformed into an extravagant fairytale-inspired celebration filled with soft lavender details. Before the festivities, Nadia & Zeshan captured portraits around Oklahoma Hall of Fame and Gaylord-Pickens Museum, creating timeless imagery that beautifully reflected the excitement and emotion of the weekend. Guests were welcomed into a celebration filled with playful and personalized details, including statement balloon installations by Pop and Fringe and a magazine-inspired photo booth experience from PhotoVille that quickly became a guest favorite.
Throughout the weekend, Bollywood-inspired touches added personality and joy to every moment. One of the most memorable traditions of the celebration was the playful jhoota chupai, where the bridesmaids stole the groom’s shoes and negotiated a lighthearted “ransom” with the groomsmen to get them back, creating one of the most laughter-filled moments of the weekend.
Nadia & Zeshan’s wedding was more than just a beautiful celebration. It was a meaningful honoring of family, culture, and the beginning of a new chapter together — thoughtfully designed and full of unforgettable moments.
