by Brides of Oklahoma May 20
Anna and Collin’s wedding day couldn’t have been any more perfect – especially with an addition of the “sweetest” surprise (read below to find out what it was)! Full of elegance and simplistic beauty, this downtown Oklahoma City wedding is one you’ll definitely want to take notes on. Guests accommodations at The Skirvin Hilton were a short walk away from the venue overlooking the beautiful Oklahoma City skyline. Anna’s gown from Prescott Bridal was classy and feminine in a lush satin. Bridesmaids were adorned in the loveliest shade of navy blue a la Prim, paired with an all-white floral scheme designed by The Medieval Garden, the entire mood was elevated! From the bride on her favorite wedding day memory: “Collin had no idea that I had engraved my handwriting inside of his ring with a special message that is unique to our relationship, which said ‘something sweet.’ Whenever I am having a bad day or just feeling down, Collin will look at me and say ‘tell me something sweet,’ to which I reply, ‘something sweet.’ It became our saying to each other and we even carried this theme into our reception where we had a ‘Something Sweet’ candy bar!”
