Festive Holiday Oklahoma Wedding | Maggie + Colton

Maggie and Colt met their senior year of college at the University of Oklahoma. They were set up to go to a date party together and have been together ever since! After a few years of dating, Colt proposed in Downtown Oklahoma City before Maggie started back to law school. The excited couple decided on a winter wedding and set the date for December 19, 2015.

The planning process was busy but fun. Colt enjoyed a bachelor weekend in Austin, while Maggie and her girls had a fun weekend in Las Vegas. Before they knew it, the big day had arrived! They got married on an unseasonably warm day in December and the weather was perfect. Before the first look, Kobe Bryant walked by Colt at the Skirvin Hilton while he was waiting on his bride. Colt could not wait to tell Maggie as soon as he saw her, and that was the first thing he said to her in addition to how beautiful she looked!

The ceremony took place at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, which was festive with Christmas décor. After the ceremony, the couple invited guests to join them at the Petroleum Club for an evening of dinner, drinks and dancing. The reception was a big party, which is exactly what the couple wanted. Everyone enjoyed the sorority song and fraternity chant, and Souled Out kept the dance floor busy all night. After the final song, the newlyweds had a grand exit with glow sticks.

The entire wedding was truly a dream for Maggie and Colt.
