Fire & Stone | An Artfully Styled Event in Downtown Oklahoma City

The blend of a cool vibe in a modern warm space at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel inspired Amy Ray Events to create this fire and stone styled shoot. Amy Ray Events wanted to create an intimate affair with personalized details and Oklahoma touches. What says Oklahoma more than featuring the OKC skyline throughout the styled shoot! Wooden Hearts Boutique showcased an engraved set of skyline whiskey glasses paired with the most darling OKC skyline sugar cookies from Flour Cookie Co. The handsome grooms definitely brought all the fire with tuxes from EVERYMAN and men’s accessories from BC Clark Jewelers.  However, all the fire did not stop here. Profile Beauty Nook brought the heat with a sleek and golden hair and makeup look for the bridesmaids. Guests were sure to never forget this fire and stone wedding with a leather engraved detailed seating chart from Wooden Hearts Boutique and a modern geometric invitation suite from Chirps and Cheers. In addition, warm neutral floral arrangements from Kasse Duffy Designs surrounded the signage and the intimate and modern space. From the planner, Amy Ray Events: “My inspiration for this shoot came from the lobby of the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel itself. I was enjoying a staycation there and fell in love with the juxtaposition of the fire and the stone. I felt like it had the perfect blend of a harsh, cool vibe and a modern warmth that was just beautiful. I also loved the masculine feel to the space and the subtle Oklahoma touches throughout the hotel. It just really inspired me to want to create a photo shoot showcasing a real Oklahoma couple as a feature for this spectacular space. The idea for this shoot is that our couple has just said their I do’s and are now enjoying an intimate moment before heading into their luxurious reception at the hotel.”
