High School Sweethearts Tied the Knot in a Southwind Hills Wedding

There is so much organic romance in this wedding at Southwind Hills where high school sweethearts Jordan and Derrick kept things light, airy, and boho – just how we like it! Though they started seriously dating in high school, the pair go way back and even had a two-week-long relationship in 8th grade, but the timing wasn’t quite right. By their junior year of high school, the two knew there was something undeniable between them, and they haven’t looked back since! Bride Jordan had envisioned her dream wedding for years so she was thrilled when their venue Southwind Hills had something for everything, helping her line out the picture-perfect day! The venue provided on-site accommodations and the bridesmaids’ luncheon as well as hosting and catering the dreamy boho wedding ceremony and reception to follow. This took so much stress off Jordan, Derrick and their wedding party, allowing them to focus on the true purpose of the day – their love for each other, and celebrating it with their closest friends and family members. The bride opted for a first look with her dad, and a first touch and letter reading with her groom, which both made for heartfelt, tearful moments. When Jordan finally walked down the aisle to Derrick, she says it felt like the world stopped and it was just the two of them. “We were in a room of at least a hundred people but all I saw was him,” she says.
