The ever-so-talented Susan Alyse Photography captured just the mood we would expect from the classic rom-com – casual modern romance at play surrounded by sophisticated details. Our bride modeled a stunning silk gown from Bella Rose Bridal – Edmond and natural wedding glam styled by the artists at Brushed Salon and Makeup Studio to look just as chic, down-to-earth, and effortlessly elegant as Kate Hudson herself. If that iconic yellow dress and the “Isadora” diamond necklace were transformed into a bridal ensemble, this is what you’d have! A true “frost yourself” moment thanks to Kelley Jewelers and their ultimate romcom inspiration. Her adorable yellow suede heels and white patent leather clutch complement exquisitely. Our model bride keeps her best poker face behind a hand of ivory playing cards that pay homage to the boys’ night poker scene, and the bouquet and florals by Allyson Whitney Designs were mixed in with lush green fern leaves as a nod to the love fern Andie Anderson gifted to Benjamin Barry as a (slightly ironic) symbol of their undying romance. Next to the ultra-cool motorcycle, pink roses have never looked hotter. The blush touches continue throughout a delicately scripted invitation suite designed by paper pros at Occasions and in candlesticks lining a tablescape just teeming with décor from Party Perfect Event Rental + Design. Each place setting was complete with a perfectly decorated cookie from Royal Cookie Co. in luxe designs that look almost too good to eat, so you can take part in “frosting yourself” too!
