In the Country: A Styled Shoot by Harper Mae Events
With every detail thoughtfully curated by Harper Mae Events, this styled shoot at Prescott Lakes drew its inspiration from Ralph Lauren’s country-inspired world. The design wove together the wide-open feel of Montana ranches, the storied charm of the English countryside, and the stone-built estates of Upstate New York, landing on something western, heritage-rich, and effortlessly timeless.
Prescott Lakes served as the perfect blank canvas. The land, the lake, grazing cattle, and wildflowers set a natural country scene, while a sailcloth tent gave the design that English countryside and Upstate New York estate feel the team was after. Antler chandeliers hung above a table set with pheasant china and plaid linens, styled with draping and beautiful rentals from Marianne’s Rentals. Crystal glassware and white hemstitch napkins softened the look, proving that bold and delicate details can coexist beautifully. Florals by The Flower Shop Pryor leaned into deep, moody tones that carried the rich color palette throughout.
Lounge vignettes and vintage-inspired styling accessories gave guests a place to settle in, while 1990s-inspired wedding gowns and sharply tailored menswear from William & Lauren Custom Clothier brought a nostalgic, romantic edge to the shoot. An incredible cake from Mishelle Handy and a beautifully styled food display by Harris Custom Catering added showstopping elements to the day.
