Kimberly Marshall and Jordan Jenson’s Classic Winter Wedding Captured by Josh McCullock

Kim and Jordan first met online. After getting to know each other, Jordan learned how much Kim loved books so he recommended they meet at Barnes & Noble for their first date. When Kim arrived, Jordan greeted her with Oreos because he knew they were her favorite. Now, Kim and Jordan go back to Barnes & Noble on every anniversary so he can buy her a book and give her Oreos.

More than two years later, Jordan took Kim on a surprise picnic to propose. He had his friends take their picture and that’s when he popped the question! Afterward, Jordan threw a surprise engagement party for Kim with all of their friends and family.

Kim will never forget seeing Jordan for the first time on their wedding day. Her groom was blindfolded so he could not see her, but she was elated and overwhelmed with emotion to see her soon-to-be husband. The moment Jordan finally saw Kim walking down the aisle was surreal. His bride looked perfect in her Stephanie Allin London and Watters gown, featuring a sweetheart neckline and soft tulle skirt. During the ceremony, Kim and Jordan took communion, which was so special and important to them. Kim added another special touch to her look by wearing her grandmother’s wedding band on her right ring finger.

At the reception, Kim’s mother and grandmother’s wedding dresses were displayed with their love stories included for even more personal touches. On top of their amazing food and cakes – including an Oreo groom’s cake – the couple incorporated a hot chocolate and cider station into their reception. Kim and Jordan danced their first dance as a married couple to “Amazing Day” by Coldplay. To end the magical night, the happy couple left feeling so loved as their guests held sparklers to celebrate their grand exit. It was a moment the pair will cherish forever.

The newlyweds spent an amazing honeymoon in Hawaii. They are now enjoying marital bliss in Oklahoma City.
