Lauren Lundeen Weds Jack Renfroe | Classic Oklahoma Ballroom Wedding

Lauren Lundeen and Jack Renfroe make the most gorgeous couple, and their classic Oklahoma ballroom wedding at The Skirvin Hilton is absolutely timeless. Dinner, drinks and dancing amidst fabulous white florals with subtle shades of blush and hints of glittering gold made for a chic celebration. Cheers to Lauren and Jack!

Lauren and Jack met at the University of Oklahoma in 2010 through a mutual friend. Their friendship grew as they participated in the university’s Broadway-like Sooner Scandals show together with a great group of friends. After rehearsals, they often went to Waffle House together for a late-night meal. It was during these meals when Lauren and Jack became close. They fell in love with one another over the next several years as they finished school, traveled together, and spent time with each other’s families.

After almost five years of dating, Jack proposed to Lauren in New York City on July 1, 2016. Lauren was completely surprised, as she thought Jack was back in Oklahoma! She was even more shocked to see that her family and Jack’s family had made the trip as well to celebrate with them. The pair and their families went out for a nice dinner that night and Lauren went wedding dress shopping the next day.

Soon after the engagement, Lauren and Jack enlisted the expertise of Lindsay Gibson with Gibson Events and Josh McCullock as wedding planner and photographer, respectively. Lindsay helped recommend and secure the couple’s other wedding vendors and venue. Lauren and Jack were confident approaching their wedding day because they felt they had the best team around!

On July 8, 2017, the couple’s good friend married them at First Presbyterian Church of Edmond. A reception with dinner, drinks and dancing followed at The Skirvin Hilton. It was the best night of their lives.

Lauren and Jack honeymooned at the St. Regis Princeville Resort in Kauai, and now live in New York City where they are living their best life!
