Lisa and Shane met at a friend’s album release show in Oklahoma City. The two didn’t exchange numbers but ended up meeting again a few days later at a game night set up by mutual friends. The pair realized early on they had a mutual love for Star Wars, and the rest is history! Shane had an engagement ring custom-made just for her and proposed by recreating their very first date.

Lisa began her wedding planning process with the help of her mom, Genie, and wonderful wedding planner, Ariana. Both Lisa and her mom agreed that hiring a wedding planner was the best decision they made. Ariana was worth her weight in gold, and she helped make Lisa’s vision come to life. She made it possible for the bride and groom to truly enjoy every minute of their wedding day.

On November 5, 2016, Lisa and Shane were married by the Honorable Judge Philippa James surrounded by friends and family. The ceremony was followed by a cocktail hour and dinner accompanied by live music. Once the wedding ended, Shane looked at Lisa and said, “That is the most fun I have ever had.” To the bride, that meant the night was a success, and she thought the same thing! The couple could not have asked for a more perfect day.

A month after the ceremony, the Leaches honeymooned in Wine Country. The happy couple is now enjoying married life with their dog, Durden, at their home in Oklahoma City.
