Amy Wallace Weds Edward Deeb III | Navy and Gold New Year’s Eve Wedding
September 5
There’s something so magical about a New Year’s Eve wedding, and Amy and Edward’s navy and gold New Year’s Eve wedding is oh-so-festive and fun! With an incredible team of Oklahoma wedding vendors their beautiful celebration was the perfect way to start off their marriage (and the year!).

At a youth leadership conference in Chicago, Amy laid eyes on Edward and knew that she was interested immediately. The high schoolers were told to buddy up during the walk to dinner and a friend of Amy’s pushed her in Edward’s direction. Although the pair didn’t have a lot in common, a spark was instantly created. Since Edward was living in California and Amy was in Oklahoma, the two spent a few months Skyping each other before making their relationship official.
After five years of dating long-distance, Edward knew he wanted to propose. He took a road trip with his family from California to Oklahoma City to visit Amy for the weekend. Edward convinced Amy to meet for brunch at a seafood place on the lake instead of trying out a new restaurant. On that cold and windy morning, Edward proposed in front of a nearby lighthouse where Amy gave an emphatic “YES.” Amy was extra surprised to see both of their families and a number of close friends waiting at the restaurant to celebrate their engagement.
