Oklahoma Garden Wedding from XO Events & Design | Sarah Beth + Ryan

Sarah and Ryan were set up by mutual friends. The two accidentally ended up running into each other at an Oklahoma City Thunder basketball game and there was immediate chemistry.

The couple’s entire summer was spent on their boat. Ryan invited all of Sarah’s friends to join them so he could finally ask for her hand in marriage. He asked her to marry him on the swim deck of their boat where they shared their first kiss.

The two tied the knot on November 14, 2015, at the Will Rogers Rose Garden with the planning coordinated by Haleigh Kenney with XO Events & Design. Sarah and Ryan’s theme was ethereal romance using the colors navy and light blue, ivory, copper, and the natural elements of the greenery surrounding them. She walked down the aisle in a classic, romantic Reem Acra gown. The bride completed her look by clutching a romantic styled bouquet of white garden roses, ranunculus, lush greens, winter berries and magnolia leaves. Sarah and Ryan’s favorite moment was walking back down the aisle as husband and wife.

Following the ceremony, guests indulged in delicious food catered by Café 7. Sarah and Ryan’s dear friends from Cuppies & Joe created a cake display for them featuring all their favorite cupcake flavors. After enjoying scrumptious food, everyone danced the night away to live music and a DJ from String and Sound.

Sarah and Ryan spent their honeymoon celebrating in the Grand Velas in the Riviera Maya, and currently reside in Edmond.
