Surprise Beach Proposal

We started dating in May of 2021 and had some open, honest, and serious conversations early on in our relationship. We both were ready for marriage and knew that it was something we both took very seriously. Fast forward one year later to May of ‘22. Justin asked me to go on vacation with his family to North Captiva Island. He told his siblings that he was going to surprise me by popping the question on the beach and they came up with a plan! I was told we were taking pictures for the family Christmas card… we were not! I think we took one picture (maybe 2) before Justin dropped to his knee and proposed! It was the best surprise ever! May is a special month for us… it’s the month we started dating, the month we got engaged, and will be the month we officially get to spend the rest of our lives together!
