Childhood friends, Sierra and Ethan met when they were 9 years old at the National Maine Anjou Show in Enid, Oklahoma. The couple showed heifers together at the show every year and began getting to know each other more as the years passed. Ten years later, when they were nineteen, Sierra and Ethan began dating.

In December 2015, the couple went on a family vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with Ethan’s family. One day during the vacation, everyone went to the beach to take family photos. When the time came for Sierra and Ethan to take a photo together, Ethan got down on one knee, proposing to Sierra.

The couple tied the knot on August 27, 2016. Although it was raining right before the ceremony began, the rain stopped and the sun began to shine just in time for the wedding – the couple knew that was God’s plan. Sierra’s champagne-colored Matthew Christopher gown had ivory paisley-patterned lace that garnished the strapless, sweetheart fit and flare gown from head to toe. For her “something borrowed,” Sierra wore her mother’s bracelet, and for her “something old,” she wore her grandmother’s wedding ring that was tied onto her bouquet. Commemorating the evening, the couple used Polaroid cameras as a guestbook to capture memories from their wedding. Sierra and Ethan wanted to look back and reminisce on all of the wonderful people who supported them on their special day.

After the wedding, the couple spent two weeks adventuring Singapore and Thailand for their honeymoon. Following their romantic two weeks, the Moores returned to Madill, Oklahoma, where they now reside.
