A Stately Butterfly Garden Party Full of Romance & Electric Pink Hues
January 12
This stately butterfly garden party is full of romance and vibrant pink hues – and to say the least, we’re in complete awe! Taylor and Kyle are living proof that when you wish upon a star your wishes come true – on their first date together they saw a shooting star, and mentioned how some day they’d talk about that moment at their wedding – well here we are, and they give all the credit to their fur pup for bringing them together. BC Clark Jewelers’ diamond-studded wedding band goes perfectly with Taylor’s dream heart-shaped engagement ring, giving us all of the heart eyes for her stunning ring stack! Taylor is radiant in her elegant mermaid style, strapless bridal gown with a flowing train from J.J. Kelly Bridal Salon, complete with sleek wedding gloves, a bright pop of pink on her lips and bold statement earrings. Peonies in electric shades of pink as well as wisteria and sprigs of lavender from Poppy Lane Design line the aisle where Taylor and Kyle met to say their vows on a bright and sunny September day in Oklahoma. Fun fact – Taylor and Kyle followed an old Southern tradition that states that if you bury a bottle of bourbon upside down a month before your wedding day near your ceremony site that you will have beautiful weather – looks like this couple is two-for-two on the luck! Vibrant shades of pink in fuchsia, maroon, cranberry and blush comprise the ultimate moody color palette, bringing in all of the romantic feels as well as bold, punchy pops of color to contrast metallic gold accents and clear decor from Marianne’s Rentals. Amy Cakes created a decadent five-tiered wedding cake, adorned with the couple’s beautiful florals that add the perfect pop of color to this sweet treat. This wedding truly was picture perfect, as every stunning image captured by Kristen Edwards Photography is a must-see! Scroll to see all of the romance throughout Taylor and Kyle’s wedding, as well as the butterfly details and vibrant pink hues. Cheers to Mr. and Mrs. Hudelson!

From the bride: “I spent so many late nights in the weeks leading up to the wedding hand stringing butterflies. It was a labor of love to say the least, so to see them hanging from the chandeliers and see that vision with all the florals and rentals we had picked out come to life was an incredible feeling!”
