Vows that Wow – No. 8 – Kevin Paul Photography

As we continue with our coverage of Vows that Wow – a preview of weddings hand-picked by our team for sneak peek coverage on the blog in advance of being seen in all their glory in the 5th Anniversary Issue of Brides of Oklahoma magazine to be released in January – we couldn’t resist sharing photos of Kailey and Aaron’s wedding full of style and beauty! Shot by Kevin Paul Photography, we can’t wait to share all of the gorgeous details from this rustic, chic wedding at Five Oaks Lodge in Tulsa. The historic Mayo Hotel served as the beautiful backdrop for the couple’s romantic ceremony. One of our favorite elements were the crystal chandeliers, carefully selected by the bride and her mother after visiting flea markets and antique shops for over a year, that hung over the reception tables!  And, we adore the surprise serenade the groom planned for his bride at the reception. Unbeknownst to the bride, the groom was quite the pianist and waited to share his talents with the bride until the wedding day with a beautiful performance of Elton John’s Your Song.  Afterwards, the bride and groom were whisked away by helicopter!
