A Look Inside the Wed Society® | Oklahoma 2026 Book of Weddings Release
This year’s Wed Society® | Oklahoma 2026 Book of Weddings release was a fun, inspiring celebration of our local wedding industry. Guests were welcomed into a cozy, winter-inspired atmosphere as we unveiled the newest edition of the Book of Weddings and celebrated the incredible vendors who make Oklahoma weddings so magical.
These events were the perfect opportunity for members to connect, collaborate, and celebrate together. We’re so grateful to every vendor who helped bring the 2026 release to life!
Tulsa Book of Weddings Event
Tulsa Event Highlights:
The Tulsa issue release event was an incredible celebration at Bluestem Manor filled with winter-inspired details. Blue Chalk Events led the planning and execution, creating a seamless, stylish, and fun experience for guests. Outside, an all-white tented lounge made a major statement and quickly became a guest favorite. With beautiful details, food and drinks flowing, and plenty of space to lounge and flip through the newest Book of Weddings, the tent felt like a true experience and added such a special touch to the day.
Madelyn Grace Photography captured all of the little details beautifully, while Ribbon and Blooms Floristry provided florals that added the perfect finishing touch. Stay Gold supplied custom rentals and lounge furniture, creating a cozy Après Ski–chic environment—and even brought a ski chalet inside the venue!
Guests enjoyed delicious bites from Harris Custom Catering, including a fondue station and passed caviar potato chips, while Fig and Foundry provided bartending and glassware to keep drinks flowing throughout the day. Sweet Devotion Cakery treated attendees to beautiful bakery items that were just as delicious as they were beautiful.
Alexa’s Illustrations brought a custom, artistic touch through her event artwork, helping bring the Après Ski theme to life in a cohesive way. Party Pro Rents supplied gorgeous rentals like flatware, linens, draping, and barstools to elevate the design, while RedLine Entertainment kept the atmosphere upbeat and fun. Photoville brought an iconic magazine box photo booth that snowed inside and, Giddy Up Coffee Cart provided the perfect caffeine pick-me-up, and Something New captured it all—making sure every moment was documented.
