Abby and Tanner met in Oklahoma City through mutual friends after they each began their careers. Once they realized they shared a love for adventure and a commitment to family and friends, their relationship quickly evolved and they soon became inseparable. After a few years of dating, he asked her father for his blessing and he proposed near a beautiful lake. A secret photographer captured the moment and they spent the evening celebrating with family and friends.

From the beginning, they knew they wanted a classic wedding – something simple yet elegant. They chose the historic Mayo Hotel in Tulsa because Abby fell in love with the grand staircase and the beautiful ballroom. It was also the perfect midpoint between their hometowns of Edmond and Fayetteville.

On April 8, 2017, their day had finally arrived. Abby walked down the aisle in a fit and flare gown with a cascading skirt and crystal-embroidered straps. The bridesmaids wore stunning sequin gowns. Tanner and his groomsmen wore timeless black tuxedos. The couple said “I do” and shared their first kiss as Mr. and Mrs. Horn under a whimsical floral arch. The wedding and reception were romantically decorated in hues of ivory, blush and hints of green. One of Tanner’s requests was to have a lively atmosphere, so they found the perfect band from Memphis, Tennessee. Their first dance as husband and wife was to Ray LaMontagne’s “You Are the Best Thing.” The newlyweds danced the night away and brought the evening to an end by serenading their guests on stage.

The couple could not have dreamed of a more perfect wedding weekend to celebrate the beginning of their life together. Abby and Tanner spent their honeymoon exploring Thailand and now reside in Oklahoma City.
