Alyssa and Jared met as teenagers on a youth group camping trip, and quickly hit things off. After years of dating, Jared surprised Alyssa while they were at the lake with a proposal. He lined a trail with roses and stood at the end of the trail on the lakeshore excitedly waiting to propose to Alyssa. Their dear friend captured the entire moment to cherish for years to come!

The couple decided on an elegant, classic wedding theme. Alyssa loves light pinks with accents of greenery and gold, but she was truly inspired when she was looking for wedding invitations. She fell in love with the floral and script font used in the stationary, and decided to integrate those details throughout the wedding.

Alyssa and Jared thought their entire wedding day was simply magical.  They will never forget the atmosphere and the love they felt from their guests, which made it a wonderful day. Their favorite moment was the last-minute addition of the first look. The couple had opted to skip the first look, but when there was an extra pocket of unplanned time, they wanted to see each other to calm their nerves. Looking back, they cherish this sweet, private moment before all of the excitement of the ceremony and reception!

After celebrating with friends and family, Alyssa and Jared traveled to Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri for their honeymoon. They couple now resides in Oklahoma City.
