Elegant and springy while incorporating just the right amount of preppiness, this colorful wedding editorial captured by Emily Nicole Photo is all about showing off bridal bows being back in a big way. Everywhere we looked, Dream Point Ranch was transformed into a whimsical wedding scene characterized by pops of pastel florals and lush, butterfly ranunculus blooms by Ever Something. The light and airy flowers made their way into detailed shots of cookies from Flour Cookie Co featuring breathtaking bridal bow elements, detail photos of romantically scripted invitations by No Regrets, as well as centerpieces lining a tablescape awash in lilac linens and other décor from Party Pro Rents. Our radiant bride modeled a simply exquisite strapless gown from The Bridal Boutique just perfect for this wedding editorial occasion, with a low back secured by a big satin bow and a modern take on old Hollywood style glam by beauty professionals Hayley Hall Hair and Makeup by Raven. Read on for notes from some of the talented local creatives that helped to bring this romantic, colorful masterpiece to life and see it down below. Cheers!

From the florist, Taylor of Ever Something: “The florals we used were blush dahlias, yellow butterfly ranunculus, yellow tulips, lavender scabiosa and lavender tulips. My favorite were the yellow butterfly ranunculus because they’re so light and airy. The palette was really fun to work with because we don’t get to work with yellow often and lavender is always a favorite of ours! It was super fresh and feminine. For the centerpieces, we wanted to create light and airy arrangements that were also packed full of blooms to create a lush centerpiece on the table. We mimicked a similar style for the bouquet keeping it a bit smaller scale with blooms floating out of the bouquet. We just wanted to match the overall vision of feminine and sweet details!”

From the makeup artist, Makeup by Raven: “The look was a beautiful soft glam, daytime smokey eye with clean skin. Most importantly she felt really beautiful!”
