We thought an English tea meets American brunch would be a perfect way to bring both of those together. Creating a high-end look with a relaxed atmosphere is what we always hope to accomplish. So, the formalness of a tea with more of a modern place setting, delicious food, and lounge area helped create an environment where people would feel spoiled getting to be there (hello flowers) but relaxed enough to want to stay and enjoy all the details.”
