Classic and Romantic Christmas Wedding in Oklahoma City

Our winter wonderland wedding dreams came true for Hope and Evan’s stunning Christmas wedding in Oklahoma City. After meeting in college, Hope and Evan always loved the holiday season and looking at Christmas lights. This was one of their favorite traditions. Evan nailed this winter proposal by popping the question in a light-wrapped gazebo with a surprise engagement party after. The newly-engaged couple shared the exciting news with classic invitations from Occasions in preparation for the big day. Their wedding day was nothing short of magical with classic and romantic Christmas elements. Hope spent the morning getting ready, filled with excitement and pre-wedding jitters. After getting ready, Hope dressed in a chic bateau-neck minimalist gown and a gorgeous cathedral-length veil from Bella Rose Edmond. The groom was dressed in a grey suit from Bella Rose Edmond, as well. Their day was filled with memorable moments like using toasting glasses that Hope’s parents used at their wedding to drink champagne from the night’s bartender, Blue Label Bartending. Their burgundy, emerald green, blush and gold Christmas wedding aesthetic made for such a romantic day. Dreamy Christmas-inspired florals from Poppy Lane Design in the bride’s bouquet, altar and centerpieces tied the day today in the most romantic way. At the end of the evening, the couple got to share a special moment embracing each other and doing their last dance to start their new lives together. From the bride on her favorite wedding day memory: “The whole day was so great, but the first look was something I will always remember. For me, you spend a whole year basically anticipating this moment, you spend all day getting ready, there is so much built-up nervousness, anticipation, and anxiety just hoping that everything will go well. Evan is always my main source of calm; he brings me so much peace. So as soon as Evan turned around to see me in my dress all I felt was so much excitement, happiness, and readiness for the rest of the night. After the first look I was so at peace and ready to get married and celebrate with our friends and family!”
