Photographer Danielle Villemarette & Co. planned this German-inspired styled shoot with a spiced palette of warm-toned neutrals that makes it a suitable soiree for those transitional months in between warm and color weather wedding seasons. The Baumberhof and its Bavarian inspirations prove to be the perfect backdrop for wedding inspiration full of upscale yet quaint design, custom acrylic signage, and authentic accents like beer, charcuterie and pretzels all around these scenes. Blooms from Poppy Lane Design bring a beige outdoor tablescape to life and peek out from between balloon in the grand altar installation, complete with the scrolled words “my love” in German. Invite guests in style with stately invitations and stationery from Eros Studios that features details personalized with an illustration of the wedding venue, and menus that bring clean elegance to the reception meal. This bride models a stunning barely-there bridal makeup glow by Carolyn F. Beauty as well as the perfect wispy updo styled by Profile Beauty Nook in romantic scenes with her dapper groom. A decadent three-tiered German chocolate cake from Amy Cakes and beers and bubbly from Blue Label Bartending are all they need to have a fun-filled reception evening after making their love official at The Baumberhof. Read on for a note from the photographer about the vision behind this German-inspired wedding shoot. Cheers!

From the photographer: “This styled shoot was a personal shoot for my brand. The Baumberhof is one of my favorite venues in Oklahoma, and what makes it sweeter is its Bavarian inspiration. I am part German, and having grown up living close to my German grandmother, experiencing hints of the culture, as well as traveling to Germany multiple times so far in life, I was inspired to use the German culture and products as my inspiration for creating the shoot… Random Fact: German Chocolate Cake is not actually a ‘German’ cake. However, it is the cake my grandmother would make for me on birthdays as I was growing up, so when I think of German Chocolate Cake, I always think of Germany. Amy Cakes literally knocked the cake out of the park for this shoot! Not only did it look incredible, but it tasted heavenly.”
