Planning to run away and get hitched, or seeing a micro wedding in your future? This intimate elopement inspiration planned by Harper Mae Events is just what you need before you plan, with a romantic color palette inspired by Valentine’s Day. The talented Meg Rose Photography captures beautiful, light-filled images of the sweet vintage floral details that line envelopes of the stunning invitation suite created by Paper + More along with elegant name cards and menus to match. Guests can find their seating by spotting their name in sophisticated script slipped inside of a pear, amid a personal charcuterie plate by OK Graze – what every wedding guest wants to sit down to! This stunning bride models a simple, classic glam look by Tease to Please Hair and Makeup featuring smoky brown liner and a red lip as well as a romantic low updo braided in with a hair scarf for elegant whimsy. This look paired perfectly with her off-the-shoulder gown from Avari Bridal that was covered in 3D floral and beading details. In similar fashion, an all-white, three-tiered design by Allie’s Baking Boutique has us wishing for a slice! This wedding cake’s modern, elongated tiers coupled with the petal details all over make it one of the most romantic cakes we’ve ever seen. Read on for a note from the planner about the inspiration for the design and styling of this romance-infused elopement inspiration. Cheers!
From the planner: “Inspired by the global pandemic, elopements and micro-weddings became a hot topic in 2020. This romantic, Valentine’s Day-inspired elopement is sure to be tucked away on everyone’s wedding Pinterest board.”
