LAIKEN + DYLAN

Dylan planned a date night! Dinner and a movie… so I thought! We picked Hideaway in Automobile alley for dinner, I love when they have all the lights covering the buildings in December. We had parked and were walking down the sidewalk almost to our desired location when he suddenly stops. I was like “What are you doing? Hideaway is up here” He turns and faces me. It’s an emotional blur but he told me how much he loved me and how he couldn’t wait to have a future with me. He gets down on one knee and asked me to be his WIFE! I don’t think I got “YES” out fast enough. As he is kissing my forehead wiping my tears of joy away he points out the photographer, whom he had hired to allow us to relive the moment! Then he tells me, “Change of plans babe” we go upstairs to McNeillies, he opens the door and to my surprise BOTH our families and all our friends are there! The room was decorated with so much love, it had a photo booth, delicious treats, and my favorite photos of our 7 years together surrounding the entire room! The celebration was the cherry on top of our perfect night! December 22 will always be such a special day for us!
