There’s just something about a blue and white wedding that is so classic, and Miranda and Benjamin brought us the perfect one. On an August evening at The Baumberhof, Miranda and Benjamin said “I do” with blooming white florals and a classic blue color palette. The couple met back in 2015 when Miranda decided to apply to work at the local pizza shop next to her college campus. A young Benjamin trained Miranda and became entirely smitten with her. Benjamin asked Miranda out on a date, and the rest is history! Finally, after four years of long-distance, Benjamin proposed to Miranda while out to dinner for her birthday. Talk about the best birthday present ever! After their dream engagement, Miranda and Benjamin were ready to plan their wedding. Therefore, they recruited help from Embellished Weddings to make all their wedding dreams a reality.
Any classic and timeless wedding begins with an invitation suite that follows suit. Paper + More created a beautiful traditional invitation suite with a belly band from The Letterbox. Miranda and Benjamin’s special day felt straight out of a fairytale. The Baumberhof’s Conservatory nestled on the private estate was the perfect backdrop for the couple to become husband and wife. Poppy Lane Design created luscious white floral arrangements with subtle hues of blue for the ceremony and reception space. In addition, Marianne’s Rentals and Mood Party Rentals provided blue and white decor that lightened the space inside the Bavarian-style barn. The couple had food catered from the pizza shop they met at and served it with cocktails from Blue Label Bartending. One of the couple’s favorite memories is enjoying their private dance before heading to the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel. Miranda and Benjamin’s Favorite Wedding Memory:
“We were planning on doing our first look in the forest at The Baumberhof for as long as I can remember. Due to rain, we moved it into the conservatory, the place we got married. This was so special to me! I loved standing in the place where we would say ‘I Do’ in a couple of hours and just be able to talk and tell each other how we were feeling. It released a lot of ceremony nerves and left such a big impact on both of us. Thank goodness for the rain!”
