Gorgeous flowing greenery embellished the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces at Spain Ranch for Lise and Alex’s modern greenery filled barn wedding. Guests enjoyed dinner followed by an incredibly delicious dessert bar (hello mini pecan pies!) and wedding cake from Ms. Laura’s Cakes – yum! Cheers to Lise and Alex!

It was total fate for Lise and Alex to meet each other. They were both vacationing in Las Vegas in May 2014 and spent the entire afternoon together. After exchanging numbers, the pair decided to keep in contact long distance and promised to meet again later that year. They had their first official date in Chicago and started dating each other exclusively.
The couple had been dating long distance for more than a year and a half when Alex decided it was time to propose. Lise’s flight landed in Wichita, Kansas where Alex was living and she was greeted by a full jazz band. The band serenaded Lise to “Everything” by Michael Buble. Alex appeared and unraveled a set of giant posters that described their relationship. At the very end, Alex got down on one knee in the middle of the airport and proposed.
