A Look Inside Wed Society Oklahoma’s OKC Connect Event
There’s something special about bringing Oklahoma’s wedding professionals together under one roof, and this year’s Wed Society Connect in OKC was no exception. The morning was filled with meaningful connections, fresh inspiration, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate the incredible people who make our local wedding industry thrive. OKC Connect Event Highlights
Hosted at the beautiful Coles Garden, this year’s OKC Connect welcomed guests into a space surrounded by greenery and natural light, the perfect location for a morning centered on community. Behind every detail was Mary Fencl Events, who beautifully planned and styled the event. From the interactive advice wall to the cohesive design, every moment they created felt intentional.
Bringing that vision to life, Marianne’s Rentals transformed the venue with beautiful furnishings, stylish linens, and décor that created a warm, inviting space for guests to gather. As attendees arrived, Siesta Coffee Co. greeted guests with handcrafted coffee from their mobile café, creating the perfect place for conversations to begin.
Guests also enjoyed a delicious light brunch from Kam’s Kookery, whose beautifully prepared bites and seamless bartending service were the perfect complement to the morning’s conversations. On a sweet note, Raspberries n’ Créme delighted guests with an assortment of desserts, including their signature ribbon cake that quickly became a crowd favorite.
The room was full of color thanks to the lush floral designs by Clementine & Sage, whose beautiful arrangements added life and personality all around the space. Throughout the morning, M&M DJ Company created an upbeat, welcoming atmosphere with music that kept the energy flowing from arrival to the final conversations.
Every moment was beautifully captured by the talented husband-and-wife team behind Lloyd Photo and Films, ensuring the connections and details of the day will be remembered long after the event. They also treated guests to fresh professional headshots throughout the morning! Olivia Edits was there capturing candid behind-the-scenes content, fun interactions, and stunning drone footage that showcased the event from every angle.
One of the highlights of the morning was an engaging panel discussion featuring Leslee Layton of Leslee Layton Films + Photo, Harper Holloman of Harper Mae Events, and Jenny Elton of Elton Fine Art. Together, they shared honest conversations about evolving industry trends, strengthening client relationships, and adapting businesses for long-term success, leaving attendees with valuable insights and fresh perspectives to take back to their own work.
