Tulsa Connect Event Highlights
Hosted at the beautiful Tulsa Botanic Garden, this year’s event took place surrounded by blooming gardens and scenic views, creating the perfect location for a morning dedicated to connection and community. Every detail was brought together by Mary Fencl Events, who planned and styled the event with creativity and intention. From the interactive advice wall to the cohesive design, every element encouraged guests to connect and engage with one another.
Bringing that vision to life, Marianne’s Rentals provided beautiful lounge furniture, stylish linens, and curated décor that transformed the venue into a lively gathering space. If you haven’t had the chance to visit their new Tulsa showroom yet, it’s a must! Bold & Brave Coffee kept cups full and conversations flowing with delicious, custom drinks from their coffee cart, making for the perfect start to the morning.
Guests also enjoyed a delicious brunch from Ludger’s Catering, whose thoughtfully prepared menu was the perfect complement to a morning of networking and conversation. Tulsa Botanic Garden added a celebratory touch by keeping the mimosas flowing throughout the event. To satisfy every sweet tooth, Cake Palate Designs created a stunning dessert display. If you’re looking for a unique wedding dessert idea, their vanilla bean cake tower deserves a spot on your inspo board!
The space was elevated by Ever Something’s stunning florals, which blended pastel tones with lush greenery for the perfect garden-inspired look. Meanwhile, DJ Ryno Events created an upbeat atmosphere with music that kept the morning feeling lively, welcoming, and full of connection.
Guests also had the opportunity to step in front of the camera with Juliana Rose Photography, who captured fresh professional headshots in addition to documenting the beautiful details and memorable moments from the morning. Olivia Edits captured the heart of the morning through beautifully curated content. From candid moments and behind-the-scenes details to stunning drone footage, she created reels that showcased the energy, connections, and special details that made the event so memorable.
One of the morning’s highlights was an engaging panel discussion featuring Leslee Layton of Leslee Layton Films + Photo, Alexa Maloney of Alexa’s Illustrations, and Mary Fencl of Mary Fencl Events. Together, they shared insights on emerging AI tools, making strategic investments in your business, and building strong relationships within the wedding industry, giving attendees practical ideas and fresh inspiration to bring back to their own businesses.
