If you’re looking for the ultimate wedding inspiration, look no further than Prashanthi and Stephen’s grand wedding weekend! The couple’s marvelous wedding entailed a three-day affair incorporating the bride’s Indian culture and traditions with the groom’s Catholic background. This wedding includes stunning details and three unique wedding events all packed into one. Prashanthi and Stephen, who met through Prashanthi’s co-worker and now brother-in-law, got engaged in March 2020. After planning through a pandemic together, these two lovers were ready to get hitched! Their wedding weekend began on Friday with a Mehndi ceremony that involved choreographed dances performed by friends and family. In addition, henna artists applied Mehndi to interested guests. During the Mehndi, Stephen surprised Prashanthi with a professionally choreographed dance to her favorite Telugu song that he and Prashanthi’s siblings and a friend learned and performed. Prashanthi said, “it was my favorite wedding memory, and truly epic!”

The following day, Prashanthi and Stephen held their traditional Catholic ceremony at Christ the King Church with a reception at Harwelden Mansion. Their traditional wedding included beautiful blush tone detailing for a classic affair and dancing to Box Talent- Time Machine all night long. Their final wedding ceremony followed a traditional South Indian format at Dream Point Ranch the next day. After their outdoor ceremony with a centerpiece mountain crest view, guests proceeded inside for a luxurious all-white wedding reception. Decor and rentals from Party Pro Rents, blooming white florals everywhere you look, and a stunning bridal cake from Sweet Devotion Cakery, the couple’s reception hall took our breath away. Meg Rose Photography captured each and every detail so beautifully and elegantly each day, and we can’t wait to share the gallery she put together below with all of you! In addition, if you can’t get enough of Prashanthi and Stephen, check out their wedding film from the talented Transform Visuals below as well.

Prashanthi and Stephen’s Favorite Wedding Deatils:

“My Indian culture played a big part in our wedding. Two out of the three days included traditional ceremonies and festivities. On Friday, we held a Mehndi ceremony that involved choreographed dances performed by friends and family, as well as henna artists applying mehndi on interested guests. On Sunday, the wedding ceremony followed a traditional South Indian format.”
