Grandmillennial style meets boho chic in Robyn and Brandon’s November downtown Oklahoma City wedding. This wedding is full of rust, blush, and eucalyptus hues that we can’t wait to share with all of you! After meeting online, Robyn and Brandon got engaged during the Covid-19 lock-down. The couple took a hiking trip to the Wichita Mountains, where Brandon proposed with the most beautiful ring from Kelley Jewelers. Soon after the dreamy engagement, the couple looked toward the future and began planning their dream wedding with Amy Ray Events. Amy and her team guided the couple throughout the process and created the most eye-catching wedding.
Robyn and Brandon honored family traditions and opted for a daytime Catholic Ceremony at 1 PM. As she walked down the aisle to Brandon, Robyn looked so lovely with a hair and makeup look from Brushed Salon and Makeup Studio. Inside the ceremony, Robyn and Brandon kept the decor simple except for their guest book, which was a coffee table art book– we love this guest book idea! After the ceremony mass, the couple rented out the lower level of The Skyline on Bricktown Canal for their guests to enjoy an open bar and hors d’oeuvre before the reception. Marianne’s brought vintage velvet furniture, luxe pillows, and cowhide rugs to keep the grandmillennial boho vibe to cocktail hour. Once cocktail hour ended, guests were escorted upstairs to the ballroom for the reception.
A blush seating chart from Wooden Hearts Boutique greeted guests as they entered the grand reception. After guests found their seats, a menu embellished with gold tassels and a custom monogram wax seal from Eros Studios let them know what was ahead for dinner. Guests finished off their seated dinner with dessert from Amy Cakes and a champagne toast! Following dinner, the dance party began, and guests were ready to get down. As the evening progressed, Robyn and Brandon offered a late-night snack and espresso as a pick-me-up. Finally, before heading back to the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel, guests received two french macaroons from Café Disco completed with a velvet ribbon and the couple’s monogram wax seal as a wedding favor.

Robyn and Brandon’s Dream Wedding Planner:
“My wedding planner, Amy Ray, is a true professional. I seriously could not have planned such an amazing event without her. Her and her wonderful team prepared for anything and everything that could potentially come up during the wedding day. She made my wedding vision come to life, and for that I am grateful!”
