Alisa Pettigrove Weds David Wildt | Royalty Inspired Wedding Captured by Andrea Murphy Photography
June 22
Alisa and David’s wedding combined stunning purple hues and gold accents with looks of elegance we adore! Ms. Laura’s Cakes designed a traditional cake adorned with the richest florals, and Andrea Murphy Photography captured every moment from the most adorable first look to the non-stop dancing on the dance floor! The bride looked picture perfect in her princess-inspired bridal look, complete with an Isabelle Armstrong lace ball gown from J.J. Kelly Bridal Salon and complementing tiara. Completing their night in a vintage car was the perfect final touch to their classy soiree!

Alisa and David met online. They started their relationship by talking on the phone and soon he was driving two hours to take her out for a first date. The pair stuffed their faces with tacos while talking about their lives for hours. It was obvious from the beginning – they clicked.
David planned a romantic, surprise Christmas proposal. Alisa was visiting family in Oklahoma, while David remained in Michigan. He is in the Air Force and didn’t know if he would be able to be home the following Christmas, so Alisa understood why he couldn’t be with her. (Still, she was hoping he would surprise her and show up!) Alisa’s mom had the family dress up for their annual Christmas dinner and family photo, which kept getting pushed later. Alisa was ready to change into pajamas when her friend told her to open the front door because she was dropping off a present.
Alisa opened the door to see David on one knee!
The couple’s perfect wedding day ran smoothly thanks to Renee Punch of Mom and Me Events. Alisa traveled to the Gilcrease Museum for her first look with David. The pair and their wedding party then went to First Baptist Tulsa by way of the Old Urban Trolley. Exchanging vows was deeply meaningful to Alisa and David. Guests then went to Sky Loft for cocktail hour and enjoyed wonderful music by pianist Donald Ryan. Photographer Andrea Murphy kept the couple at ease and laughing throughout the day. Everyone enjoyed delicious food by PartyServe and an amazing five-tier cake by Ms. Laura’s Cakes. At the end of the night, guests grabbed caricature cookies of the couple created by Parker Crazy Cookies. Alisa and David said goodbye with a lovely sparkler send- off, and hopped in her dad’s 1964 Cord.
