Rustic Oklahoma Wedding from Ever Something Event Styling | Kalin + Travis

Kalin and Travis met their freshman year at Oklahoma State University after a night out two-stepping. The pair had an instant connection. When everyone left the next day for spring break, Kalin couldn’t stop thinking about Travis and hoped he would reach out to her while they were both vacationing in Destin. Later in the week Travis asked Kalin to go on a moped ride. They ended up spending hours together talking and laughing, and the rest was history!

Kalin and Travis both value family, so Travis knew he needed to include them in the proposal. After weeks of planning the special day and a few white lies, Kalin arrived at her home church where she was surprised by her entire family and best friends. Her family was holding up special dates that were important to the couple and after reading them all, Travis led Kalin into the church sanctuary where he proposed!

Kalin and Travis decided on a rustic wedding with muted colors and greenery. They wanted an outdoor wedding showcasing the simple, natural beauty of the scenery. Kalin couldn’t imagine a more perfect setting for their wedding day! They loved celebrating the day with family and friends, but they both agree that their favorite moment of the day was slipping away to share a moment alone after the ceremony.

Following the celebration, Kalin and Travis traveled to Costa Rica for their honeymoon. The newlyweds currently reside in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
